Arfada’s training methodology is highly interactive and based on the latest principles of adult learning, such as learning by doing. Our training material is developed in-house and designed to match the methodology using customized modules to meet the specific needs of diverse organizations in different contexts, while incorporating best practice from standardized project management tools. We utilize available technology and web-based platforms to maximize access to a wider group of available mentors and support structures.
During current capacity building projects and past, Arfada has developed tailored modules in local languages on a wide range of topics such as project management, remote management, OCA, proposal writing, humanitarian principles, and monitoring and evaluation.
